At UTC, we believe that companies and individuals each have a role to play in strengthening the social bonds that make our communities great places to live and work.

We provide a platform and serve as a catalyst for employees to be involved and engaged in making the world a place that sustains us all. We do this through encouraging employee volunteerism, matching employee donations to charities of their choice, and helping employees to put their on-the-job skills to work to solve problems at non-profit organizations.
